I am a money mentor, a lifelong student of spiritual law, a wife, a mother, and a woman with ADHD. And for more than ten years, I worked in finance and money management.

I know money from the numbers side. Budgets. Planning. Stewardship. I helped others manage their money with care and precision.

But I learned something the numbers could not teach me.

You can know exactly what to do with money and still feel stuck. You can have the knowledge, the plan, the spreadsheet, and still not receive what you desire. Because money is not only practical. It is energetic. It is emotional. It is spiritual.

The blocks do not live in the spreadsheet. They live in the subconscious, in the stories we inherited, and in the way we are wired.

They look like this:

You know it is time to raise your prices, but your voice shakes when you say the new number.

Your soul knows it is time to leave your job. But you fear there will not be enough money to support you. So you stay, and you dread going to work every single day.

Money comes in, and it leaves just as fast.

You avoid opening your bank account, because the numbers bring up shame.

You offer a discount before anyone asks for one.

None of this is a lack of knowledge. It is an old story, still running in your body. And an old story can be released.

I know these blocks, because I lived them. The numbers alone could not free me. Spirit alone could not pay the bills. So I brought three worlds together.

So I went deeper.

I studied spiritual laws and the energetics of money. I became a Certified Money Coach and a certified Sacred Money Archetypes® coach.

I trained in the Tony Robbins coaching system for wealth and leadership mastery, and I completed Mindvalley's Manifesting Mastery program. And piece by piece, I rebuilt my own relationship with money, my mind, and my spirit.

How I work

The practical: more than ten years of real financial experience, so your prosperity rests on a solid foundation.

The spiritual: the laws of energy, receiving, and co-creation, so money flows from alignment, not from struggle.

The personal: I honor how each woman is wired, including the ADHD brain, so the tools fit your life instead of asking you to become someone else.

Strategy without healing is only information. Healing without strategy does not pay the bills. You deserve both.

 Why this is my work

I believe every woman is meant to build a prosperous life from her soul's truth, not from what she was told success should look like. And I believe that when one woman heals her relationship with money, she heals it for the generations after her.

That is why Shed · Slay · Shine exists: to help you release what was never yours, build the life that is, and shine as the woman you are meant to be.

The wound became the assignment. The suffering became the fuel. The healing became the message.
